In order to further implement the "Several Opinions of the General Office of the State Council on Building a Good Market Environment for the Special Action of the Consumer Goods Industry "Three Goods" (Guobanfa [2016] No. 40), a special action plan for the "three goods" of the consumer goods industry is planned for 2017.

First, continue to promote "increased varieties"

(I) Organize light industry associations to compile and publish 1-2 batches of “Guidelines for Upgrading and Innovating Consumer Products” in the light industry, and cultivate 10-15 Chinese light industrial design centers. The role of the intelligent manufacturing innovation strategic alliance in the home appliance industry should be brought into play to promote collaborative innovation.
