Six, bid qualifications and conditions:

1) An independent legal entity registered and legally operating within the territory of the People's Republic of China has the ability to independently bear civil liabilities; it has good business reputation and a sound financial accounting system; and it has the necessary technical capabilities to perform the contract;

*2) The registered capital of the bidder shall not be less than RMB 2 million. If the agent is required to provide the manufacturer's authorization, the project will not accept the consortium;

*3) The manufacturer (or agent) of the bidding equipment should have a localized technical maintenance service center and spare parts library in Xi'an;

*4) Manufacturer of bidding equipment:

a. Should have 5 years of experience in manufacturing similar equipment, and have a certain amount of output and scale;

b. Provide ISO9001 quality management system certification;

c. The goods produced by the manufacturer and the services provided shall be reliable and have good after-sales service. They shall conform to the buyer's product manufacturing standards and service requirements. If necessary, the manufacturer shall provide the buyer with relevant performance data related to the production of the equipment or invite the buyer on the spot. The inspection shall prevail;

*5) The bidder shall provide one or more of the same type of cargo project performance from January 1, 2013 to the present, and provide contract, user list, and other certification materials.

6) Other requirements and conditions stipulated in the Bidding Documents.

VII. Information submitted at the time of registration:

1) Bidder business license, tax registration certificate, organization code certificate;

2) The agent must provide the manufacturer's authorization;

3) certification materials for the localization technical service center and spare parts library in Xi'an;

4) ISO9001 quality management system certification;

5) Performance of 1 or more projects, providing certification documents such as contract and user list;

6) Original copy of the authorized power of attorney and a copy of the ID card of the authorized person;

7) The entry with "*" in the qualifications must be satisfied.
