Midea Group, China's leading home appliance manufacturer, joins the ZigBee Alliance Board of Directors

Davis, California, USA, May 11, 2016, ZigBee Alliance, a non-profit organization that creates, maintains, and delivers open global standards for low-power wireless IoT today announced that Midea Group is at the facilitator level. Joined the ZigBee Alliance and will receive a board seat. The addition of Midea Group reflects the growing influence of the Alliance in China and on manufacturers of smart home appliances.
