The proximity sensor uses an alternating magnetic field generated by the vibrator. When the metal target approaches the magnetic field and reaches the sensing distance, eddy currents occur in the metal target, which causes the vibration to attenuate, and the vibrator of the proximity sensor stops vibration. The vibration of the vibrator of the proximity sensor and the change of the stop-vibration are processed by the post-amplification circuit and converted into a switch signal, which triggers the drive control device, thus achieving the purpose of non-contact detection of the proximity sensor.
