JPMorgan Chase (JPMC) operates in more than 60 countries and employs more than 250,000 people worldwide, using digital signage worldwide, from personal screens to giant media walls. The digital content and ideas created by C&G Partners in partnership with JPMorgan's internal communications department enable communication, coordination and commitment among the company's global employees.
Background :
C&G Partners has conceived content and ideas for more than 100 digital signage projects, the latest of which is a series of dynamic real-time dashboards to optimize employee engagement. Although the version of the dashboard is deployed throughout JPMorgan's global network, its LED media wall at Manhattan's global headquarters is the most prominent.
Time and geography are the core themes of the dashboard, which promote employee communication, commitment and coordination during the day. These include stylish dynamic maps that can transmit a wide range of rail and ferry commuter networks in New York, along with service change notifications and traffic updates; daily clock changes; seasonal animation featuring typical New York scenes; and unique, customizable Countdown to sponsorship activities.
challenge:
The main challenge is to create a dynamic digital experience that communicates with visually mature audiences, including executives, VIP visitors, shareholders and occasional sports heroes.
Technically, the challenge is to create responsive layouts that are equally compelling on a huge media wall and on a single elevator screen.
Finally, the design must appeal to different areas of attention. They must be clear at a glance, but they are also easier to watch. As a key element of the dashboard, alerts need to be prominent and balanced, and call to action needs to be simple and effective.

The design strategy incorporates aesthetic content and technology to drive a high-performance global innovation and inclusive culture. In response to a variety of design challenges, C&G Partners uses a constantly moving video background, powerful brand typography and rich and fast animations. Since digital signage often occurs over time, it is necessary to balance normal content with changing content, so it is intentionally planned to make changes in different time frames (from day to year).
