The ATH-W1000 is a flagship headset introduced by the Iron Triangle in 2002. It continues the design style of the ATH-W2002. The ATH-W1000 features a very good red cherry wood fungus shell, a 53mm diameter titanium flange speaker unit, a permalloy magnetic circuit and a DADS [Double Air Damping System] construction, and a Wing Support adaptive head beam system. Since the Japanese government banned cherry wood felling in 2007, this product has also been discontinued.
