At the beginning of this year, 18-inch LED street lights on Yihui Road in Nansha District of Guangzhou City were installed with this intelligent lighting system. When there is no car, the brightness of the light is 30%, and the car passes, and the brightness of the light is 100%. The measured energy saving can reach 78.7%, and it has been running stable so far. "Of course, this is the most ideal state. According to the calculation, based on the LED light, the modification of the public lighting system model, combined with the video detection function of the video, in general, can achieve 42.2% energy saving rate. Taking Nansha District of Guangzhou as an example, there are about 35,000 street lamps in the whole district, which can save electricity costs of 85.5392 million yuan per year. It is estimated that the cost can be recovered from 2.64 to 2.77 years.

The energy-saving effect that has received much attention is not Yuan Feng’s “favorite”. Through the terminals such as computers and mobile phones, the status of each electric light can be inquired at any time, and the maintenance of equipment information can be carried out. Active and accurate alarms are given when the street lights are faulty. Workers are not required to inspect the street lights. This labor-saving effect is what he considers to be the best solution.

At present, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, and other places in Sichuan have begun to install intelligent lighting systems with different functions according to the needs of different road sections.
