The total investment of 95 million US dollars of Longyao Optoelectronics Phase I installation 22 MOCVD equipment, the second phase of the estimated 50 MOCVD equipment, is currently in the main plant construction, is scheduled to be completed by the end of March, began purification plant construction and electromechanical installation in April, June test produce. The main plant of Yanyang Optoelectronics, with a total investment of 90 million US dollars, is under construction.
