1 System features

1.1 High flexibility, high speed, high precision, high configuration
(1) The system mainframe adopts a six-axis linkage robot, which has fast running speed and high precision, and supports external shafts. This provides a powerful guarantee for welding and cutting of three-dimensional parts.

(2) The system is equipped with IPG4000W fiber laser with fiber transmission. The laser has compact structure and excellent performance. (1) Utilizing the space motion advantage of the robot and the flexible transmission of the fiber laser, the system can meet the laser processing requirements of the three-dimensional space parts;
(2) The system supports external shafts, which can be coordinated with the robot to achieve special processing requirements for some complex parts;
(3) The system supports two shutters, which can meet the different processing requirements of the two stations at the same time;
(4) The system supports two programming modes: online programming (teaching programming) and offline programming. Among them, online programming mainly uses the robot teaching device to carry out on-site teaching simulation of the processing path; while offline programming is mainly on the PC, using the digital model for offline programming simulation;
(5) All the pneumatic components of the system are imported and advanced in design. They can be equipped with four different gases at the same time and can be automatically switched. (8) The system adopts INTERFACE safety interlock design, that is, when any abnormality occurs in any one of the laser, robot and control system, the whole system will not start normally.
