Topic: Technology Maoda Electronics has introduced a white LED controller power management solution: APW7003, APW7008, APW7071 and APW7005.
APW7003 and APW7008 are non-inductive charging pump ICs, which can provide a stable 5V output voltage with output current of 100mA. It can meet the application of 5 white LEDs in parallel (20mA each), allowing LED signal to be adjusted by a PWM signal. The APW7008 is a 4-channel white LED driver that allows switching of multiple LED combinations through three logic control pins. Each channel provides high accuracy and high matching LED current. And allows a PWM signal to adjust the brightness of the LED. APW7005 (high current 950) and APW7071 (small current 400) operate at up to 1MHz, and only 0.1uF capacitor is required at the output. It operates between 2.5V and 6V input voltage range and is suitable for single-cell battery-powered applications. It can drive 4 series white LEDs with a single power supply. Built-in 18V overvoltage protection can avoid loads. The air connection creates an unexpected high voltage.
