In addition, Lianchuang Optoelectronics also decided to transfer 40% of the equity of Jiangxi Lianchuang Technology Investment Co., Ltd. to Nanchang Xuntong Network Technology Development Co., Ltd., and Nanchang Xuntong Co., Ltd. has no relationship with the Company.
